Sam V. Kumar
Prior to starting Cyber Sainik, Sam was responsible for New Cloud since founding the company in 1988. He also spearheaded technology research and development for GTE (Verizon Communications). Sam has over 30 years of executive management and technical experience. Sam is focused on establishing an effective corporate growth strategy and helping businesses fight cyber criminals.
Sam Kumar received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University. Sam is a leader in the Colorado technology community, acting as a board member for TiE Rockies and an industry advisor for Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network (BEN). He has also been profiled in Denver Post, Denver Business Journal and Washingtonian Magazine as well as honored as a finalist for the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Shashi Kumar
Shashi Kumar is the Co-Founder of NewCloud Networks and Cyber Sainik. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she brings a unique blend of business insight and entrepreneurial spirit. Outside of work, she’s an avid hiker and passionate world traveler.
James Carder
James Carder has over 25 years of IT security experience, leading security programs at Eptura. He previously served as Chief Security Officer at LogRhythm Labs, building their security organization and implementing key measures.
Before LogRhythm, James directed security informatics at a medical center and managed incident response at MANDIANT. He has also supported FBI investigations.
James is a frequent cybersecurity speaker and author, and serves on several advisory boards. He holds a CISSP, a BS from Walden University, and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
Andre Durand
Andre Durand is the Founder and CEO of Ping Identity, where he leads the company’s mission to define identity as the core security and control plane for the modern enterprise. A pioneer in digital identity for over two decades, Durand has shaped the evolution of the category from workforce access to customer identity and now to AI agents and non-human identities. He is the founder of Identiverse, one of the industry’s leading identity conferences, and has guided Ping through multiple phases of growth across venture, public, and private ownership. Today, Ping’s platform is trusted by many of the world’s largest enterprises, securing billions of digital identities globally. Durand is a frequent voice on the future of identity, with a focus on user experience, delegated authority, and runtime control over an AI-driven world.
