It was founded to provide Businesses with Cybersecurity services and our goal is to provide end-to-end security solutions that meet all customers Cybersecurity requirements. With our talented team, latest technology, and engaged users we ensure that your data stays safe and secure.
The role of the Customer Service Rep is extremely important to our growth and this person will play a significant role in our success. The ideal candidate loves talking to people, is detailed orientated, and proactively resolves issues.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and Teams meetings
- Learn the client base, track and follow-up on client issues to resolution
- Work with internal departments to meet client’s needs
- Perform data entry in various platforms
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience using SalesForce or other CRM systems.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary Range – $35,000 – $40,000 Base Salary
